Nesco Resource is hiring for a position in Murfreesboro, TN.
Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm with some overtime, most weekends off.
Starting pay is $17.00
Dress code: Close toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
Nesco Resource is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for the Rubber Department. This position is responsible for assisting with production operations, material handling, machine support, and maintaining a safe environment. The company specializes in printing, prepress, flexographic solutions, and manufacturing services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with rubber production and manufacturing processes
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the department
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery as trained
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
- Package and prepare products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
