Schedule
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Occasional Fridays
- Perform general labor duties to support daily production and manufacturing operations.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products throughout the facility.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as assigned.
- Assemble, package, label, or prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist machine operators and other production personnel as needed.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report any defects or concerns.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily goals.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and around moving equipment.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe boots as required.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
