Join Our Team as an Assembler
We're looking for motivated Assemblers
to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help assemble critical components and sub-assemblies that contribute to the production of high-quality equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We offer competitive pay, with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts, providing an opportunity to earn more while developing valuable manufacturing and assembly skills.
Job Duties
- Assemble blowers, fans, motors, and other sub-assemblies
- Install blowers, fans, motors, and assemblies into production units
- Install insulation into metal panels and complete panel installation
- Assemble sheet metal components and related parts
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, including:
- Screwdrivers
- Pliers
- Air guns
- Ratchets
- Air drills
- Pop rivet guns
- C-clamps
- Scratch awls
- Hammers
- Pneumatic glue guns
- Follow manufacturing specifications and quality standards
- Complete Wiring Certification training as required
- Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and safety procedures
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training
- Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push units on a conveyor system
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent kneeling, crawling, stooping, and bending
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
