Furniture Sprayer – 1st Shift

Nesco Resource is now hiring for experienced 1st Shift Furniture Sprayer positions at a local facility in Hickory, NC.

Job Description and Requirements

• Spray furniture and case goods using appropriate finishing equipment and techniques.

• Apply stains, finishes, coatings, or other materials evenly according to production and quality specifications.

• Prepare furniture surfaces and materials prior to the spraying process.

• Inspect finished pieces for proper coverage, color consistency, and overall quality.

• Perform necessary touch-ups and identify any defects or imperfections.

• Follow all established safety procedures when handling spraying equipment and finishing materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Must have previous spraying experience or knowledge of furniture spraying/finishing.

• Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, case goods, sanding, spraying, finishing, assembly prep, or related manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour. Candidates with 1 year or more of relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting rate based on experience.

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
