Payment Processing
- Accurately process customer payments (cash, check, credit/debit card, electronic payments)
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Balance daily cash drawer and reconcile payments
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
- Assist with account updates and payment tracking
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, payments, and property information
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar
- File and maintain customer records
- Enter data accurately into company systems
- Assist management with reports and clerical tasks
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
