In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving materials, tooling, and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts (Hi-Lo), hand trucks, cranes, and other material-handling equipment. You will also support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

Shift & Schedule
- 2nd Shift only
- Start Times: Depending on OT needs
- Standard Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Schedule may include 12-hour shifts, 7-day workweeks, and overtime as required
- Typical rotation consists of 19 consecutive workdays followed by 2 days off

In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving materials, tooling, and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts (Hi-Lo), hand trucks, cranes, and other material-handling equipment. You will also support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Hi-Lo) in accordance with all safety policies and procedures
- Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required checklists
- Report equipment or property damage immediately to a supervisor
- Transport raw materials, WIP, tooling, MRO items, and finished goods to designated areas
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or cranes
- Prepare and submit maintenance requests for equipment as needed
- Manually load and move materials using hand trucks or other tools when required
- Ensure dunnage is properly collapsed, stacked, and stored in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including scrap and waste removal
- Prepare materials for shipment using required tools (hammers, cutters, strapping tools, crowbars)
- Replenish materials at point-of-use and verify proper labeling before movement
- Rotate stock to maintain FIFO and assist with physical inventory and cycle counts
- Hand-count or weight-count partial bins during changeovers and stage for retagging
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including emptying chip hoppers
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervision
- Prior forklift/Hi-Lo experience preferred
- Ability to work mandatory overtime
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
