Nesco Resource is looking for a Flow Room Operator located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM (Fridays Off)
Pay:
$18.50/Hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for an entry-level Production Assembly Operator position. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, supporting assembly operations, and following documented work instructions in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with setup of production equipment including soldering, washing, and testing machines
- Perform basic assembly and production tasks according to written instructions and specifications
- Complete component preparation, manual assembly, mechanical assembly, wire preparation, and related production activities
- Enter production transactions into computer systems and maintain required logs and records
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
- Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily goals
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow written instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills including barcode scanning and simple data entry
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Hands-on production and assembly work
