Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Flash Entry position located in Enoree, SC
The Flash Entry Operator is responsible for loading fabric into the finishing process and ensuring materials are fed correctly into the machine line. This position plays an important role in maintaining production flow, monitoring fabric quality, and supporting safe and efficient operations within the textile finishing department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and feed fabric into the flash or finishing machine according to production requirements.
- Monitor fabric flow to ensure proper alignment, tension, and continuous operation.
- Inspect fabric for visible defects, tears, stains, or irregularities before and during processing.
- Assist with machine setup and adjustments as needed based on fabric type and production needs.
- Remove and replace fabric rolls safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Work closely with team members to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
