Fitter – Stainless Steel Fabrication

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you a skilled Fitter with a passion for stainless steel fabrication and top-quality craftsmanship? Do you take pride in precision fitting and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?
Join our dynamic fabrication facility in Ellwood City, where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail come first.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, identifying and communicating errors before purchasing material
- Assemble and fit custom stainless-steel components to exact specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets high fabrication standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other shop tasks as needed
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong layout, measurement, and precision fitting skills
- Experience working with food-grade or high-finish stainless steel (highly desirable)
- Proficiency with fabrication tools, machinery, and measurement instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious with a solid work ethic
