Film Sorter operator-

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our film manufacturing team as a Film Sorter. This role involves meticulously sorting and organizing raw film materials during the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our film production operations.

Responsibilities:

Sorting and Inspection:Carefully inspect and sort raw film materials, such as film stock, reels, or components, according to specifications provided by production guidelines.

Quality Assurance:Maintain strict adherence to quality standards during the sorting process, identifying and flagging any defects, damages, or inconsistencies in materials.

Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of sorted film materials, including quantities, specifications, and any relevant data required for inventory tracking and control.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including production supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, to maintain a safe working environment.

Process Improvement: Provide input and feedback on sorting procedures and techniques to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance overall production quality.

Requirements:

1. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and inspecting film materials.

2. Technical Aptitude: Ability to operate sorting machinery and equipment, with a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory records and maintain order in a fast-paced production environment.

4. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate issues or concerns as they arise.

5. Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and moving heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks as required in a manufacturing setting.

6. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production processes and technologies.

7. Safety Consciousness: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Schdule would be 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday .
