Field Service Technician
Location:
Harrisonville, MO
Pay: $24.50/hr. + 4% bonus potential
Hours:
Sunday - Wednesday 11:30AM to 10PM
Flexibility to cover additional shifts is required.

Join a global clean energy innovator that is helping power the future of hydrogen fuel cell technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with advanced equipment supporting electric lift truck fleets at a major customer site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on fuel cell systems used in electric lift trucks
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in the field
• Complete diagnostics, evaluations, retrofits, software updates, and hardware upgrades
• Respond to breakdowns and provide emergency service support as needed
• Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Support hydrogen fueling and storage systems when required
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures at customer sites
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Technical training or coursework in electrical systems preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Experience with lift trucks or material handling equipment is a plus
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must provide standard technician tools
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements
• Must be flexible to cover additional hours as needed
• Open to travel when business needs require it
• Possess own set of common hand tools
