The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity awaits the individual who is a degreed Engineer (from an accredited institution) with some engineering experience who enjoys traveling to customer sites to evaluate equipment and designs.
The Candidate
The candidate must be a dynamic, driven, organized, ever-learning problem-solver who is able to work effectively in a high-performance culture with a team focus and think on their feet, as our business operates 24/7/365. While system development is necessary, customer satisfaction is our primary goal.
Candidate will have most of the following direct experience and skills:
- Direct experience involving rotary processing equipment a very strong plus
- Strong understanding of mechanical theory covering thermodynamics, heat transfer, statics and dynamics, and materials sciences
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong excel skills
- Strong report writing
- Effective communication skills with team and customers
- Able to work with minimal supervision and good time management
- Willing to be traveling all the time to customer sites to measure equipment and/or troubleshoot a problem
- Willing to be "hands-on with the equipment. Not afraid to get your shirt dirty
- Willing to be flexible and think on feet simply because change happens all the time.
