FHA Repairs Coordinator

Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for coordinating repair services for FHA client properties.
  • Responsible for dispatching and communicating with vendors to properties.
  • Evaluating bids, monitoring work quality via photographs, and closing out jobs once completed.
  • Responsible for communicating with clients, brokers, agents, HOA'S, and vendors.
  • Assist with client/customer requests.
  • Communicate with the national vendor to gain property information.
  • Bid creation, negotiation, and evaluation.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and adjustors/ review claims and EOB.
  • Must have FHA knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of process and terminology in residential construction.
  • Knowledge of HUD and FHA guidelines.
  • Experience with RepairBase and XactPRM.
  • Experience with p260.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software's.
