- Manages, troubleshoots and diagnoses the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings.
- Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
- Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities.
- Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems.
- Understands and complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits.
- High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed
