Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30 pm
(lunch from 1145-1215 and 2 15 min breaks daily with OT as needed.)
Pay:
$21-$24
Primary Duties
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders
Cut, fit, weld, grind, and assemble metal components
Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
Operate and assist with production on a Trumpf TruLaser 1040
Verify dimensions and quality of fabricated components
Coordinate with material handlers and shop leadership to support workflow
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience
Experience operating CNC or laser cutting equipment preferred
Ability to read measuring tools and fabrication prints
Basic welding and metalworking knowledge
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Standing, bending, and moving throughout shift
Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and fabrication machinery
