A Fabrication/Machine Operator here operates, sets up, and adjusts metal fabrication machinery to manufacture these products while strictly maintaining safety standards and production quotas.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation:Safely operate production machinery such as mechanical/hydraulic presses, press brakes, shears, saws, and automated welders.
- Setup and Maintenance:Perform equipment changeovers, select correct tooling, and make basic adjustments to ensure optimal running conditions.
- Quality Control:Inspect finished parts utilizing calipers, gauges, and tape measures to ensure they meet precise blueprint specifications.
- Material Handling:Load and unload raw materials (such as steel, cast iron, and polyurethane) and move finished goods to designated staging areas.[
- Workplace Safety:Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work zone, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots.
