Fabrication Associate
Lorain
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay based on experience
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Fabrication Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Lorain, Ohio. This position involves both light and heavy fabrication work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform light and heavy fabrication duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Assist with cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembling materials
- Read tape measures and follow work instructions
- Load and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read measurements and follow directions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel toe shoes required
