Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a growing manufacturing company in Elmira, NY. This position will serve as a trusted administrative partner, helping executives stay organized, prepared, and focused on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, room arrangements, and follow-up.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain confidential company and executive information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Track important deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are completed.
  • Assist with executive-level projects, research, and special assignments.
  • Coordinate communications between executives, employees, customers, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Help organize company events, leadership meetings, and visits from customers or suppliers.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records.
  • Support other administrative and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or other operational environment is a plus.
