NOW HIRING: EP–PASSIVATE–WASH OPERATOR
Pay: $17-18 -2nd Shift - Painesville
2nd Shift:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented EP–Passivate–Wash Operator to support the finishing of precision components used within the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
In this hands-on position, you will:
- Set up and operate electropolishing, passivation, and wash systems
- Follow job routers and exact processing instructions
- Adjust voltage, amperage, heat, and cycle times
- Inspect finished parts using gauges, microscopes, and surface analyzers
- Monitor and maintain system chemistry
- Clean tanks, refill solutions, and perform routine equipment maintenance
- Ensure every component meets strict quality requirements before shipment
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, chemical-safety awareness, and a commitment to getting the job done correctly the first time. Previous precision-machining, chemical-processing, or metal-finishing experience is preferred.
