Shift: 1st Thursday through Monday (5:00am - 1:30pm)
High volume repetitive testing of Commercial and Military precision parts with Pneumatic/Hydraulic testing in our Fluid Power lab. Performance and Pressure testing of units. Break down and assembly of test stands. Able to lift to 35lbs. Previous testing and troubleshooting experience is preferred. Individuals who is self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
Requirement: Must be US Citizen.
Requires 4-6 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:
•$1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
•$1k at 60 days
•$1k at 90 days ** to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus.
