Provide technical documentation services for the Physical Security product line. Duties will primarily be for documentation. Secondary responsibilities will be to utilize technical acumen and skills to support various projects. This person will work in the North Canton facility and work closely with the product managers and product application support team. Learn the functionality and specifications of the product portfolio to translate into documentation. Use of technical knowledge to support the product management team with technical writing and documentation; Installation manuals, user guides, owner s manuals. This may include the addition of illustrations, pictures, and videos. Work will be to update existing documentation as well as create new documentation for new products. Additional duties include migration of part numbers from PDM Matrix to Team Center, execution of testing procedures in the lab, and other general lab tasks as determined by the individual s capacity and experience. Previous experience in Technical Writing Required.
