Overview
Client is seeking an Embedded Real-Time Software Engineer to support the development of mission-critical embedded software systems. This role will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, implementation, integration, and formal qualification testing within a real-time embedded environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain real-time embedded software using C/C .
- Participate in requirements analysis, software design, implementation, integration, and testing activities.
- Support software and hardware integration efforts.
- Execute and support formal qualification testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of real-time embedded software development experience using C/C .
- 3 years of software and hardware integration and test experience.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle.
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Linux operating systems experience.
- VxWorks experience.
- Experience working on multi-disciplined engineering teams.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD Pipelines.
Work Details
- Orlando, Florida.
- Onsite position.
- Monday through Thursday, 4/10A schedule, 1st shift.
