Job Requirements:
- Diagnose and repair electronic and electrical devices using circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, software documentation, and diagnostic interfaces.
- Troubleshoot to root cause using electronic test and measurement equipment to identify faults and determine the best repair approach.
- Document repairs and failure patterns in a clear, structured format to strengthen troubleshooting procedures and service knowledge.
- Share technical findings with the broader service team and provide actionable feedback that helps improve products and repair processes.
- Identify recurring field issues and help turn hands-on service experience into practical improvements for future repairs.
