Nesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Assembler located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

8AM-4:30PM
Pay:$20-$22/hour depending on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies in a production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working with small parts and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and PCB boards according to work instructions and schematics
- Perform basic wiring, crimping, and component placement on printed circuit boards
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Previous electronic or PCB assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of electronic components is a plus
- Soldering experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
