Schedule: Shift-Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am
Job Responsibilities
- Build assemblies according to engineering prints, including:
- Laying out and physically mounting devices
- Wiring per schematic requirements
- Performing OHM testing on panels to verify compliance with specifications
- Interpret electrical schematics with support from electricians as needed
- Read, understand, and execute engineering and manufacturing documentation, including:
- Bills of material (BOM)
- Assembly drawings
- Work instructions
- Wiring schematics and diagrams
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications
- Identify and escalate non-conformances to appropriate personnel
- Follow work order instructions to safely produce required quantities within specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and on time
- Perform additional duties and project work as assigned
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect completed parts
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, standing, and bending
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High accuracy and timeliness in completing assigned work
- Good manual dexterity and grip strength
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Minimum 1 year of wiring experience preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with initiative and ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- High level of personal integrity and commitment to quality standards
