Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (4-Day Work Week)

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose issues involving motors, sensors, conveyors, gearboxes, and control systems
- Work with 24V, 110V, and 480V electrical systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
- Replace bearings, belts, motors, drives, and other equipment components
- Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, or Electro-Mechanical Technician
- Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automated equipment
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and equipment manuals
- Experience performing preventative maintenance
- Familiarity with welding equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment
- Multi-craft industrial maintenance background
- Manufacturing or automated production equipment experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
