Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler with soldering expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in mechanical assembly, soldering, and wiring harnesses. Proficiency in reading schematics, crimping, and terminating is essential.
This role requires a strong understanding of electromechanical tools, processes, and safety standards. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Laser Products.
General Accountabilities
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to assemble electro-mechanical components accurately.
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks according to engineering specifications and established procedures.
- Utilize soldering techniques to join and connect electrical components effectively.
- Fabricate, crimp, and terminate wiring harnesses while ensuring proper connectivity and insulation.
- Use various hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks, adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining tools in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve assembly or quality issues.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Follow all company policies and procedures for manufacturing processes, safety, and quality control.
- Keep a clean and organized work area, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
- Provide input for process improvements and suggest enhancements to assembly procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electro-mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, including soldering and crimping.
- Proficient in reading and understanding mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with wiring harness fabrication, crimping, and termination techniques.
- Basic knowledge of electromechanical tools, processes, and safety practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and precision skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

$19-21/ hr depending on experience
