Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and production equipment to ensure efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, machinery, and facility equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Utilize PLC knowledge and experience to diagnose and correct electrical issues.
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical equipment and components.
- Work with electrical conduit, wiring, and industrial controls.
- Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment reliability initiatives.
- Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with facility improvements and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial environment.
- 5-7 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical instruments.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support across manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
