Electrical Supervisor
Lead Critical Operations in a Heavy Industrial Environment!

• $101,000–$110,000 base salary + annual bonus potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with rotating on-call responsibility.
Our client, a leader in its industry throughout North America, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team. You'd be a part of a well-established manufacturing operation where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement remain at the forefront.
In this role, you’ll lead electrical maintenance activities, oversee a team of technicians, and help maximize equipment performance across a 24/7 production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing field leadership, troubleshooting, planning, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise electrical maintenance and repair activities in a heavy industrial plant environment
• Lead and support electrical technicians while driving safe work practices
• Oversee PLC programming, electrical systems reliability, controls, instrumentation, and preventive maintenance efforts
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate electrical work across departments
• Support budgeting, compliance, documentation, and operational improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 8+ years of electrical experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
• 3–5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting background required
• Experience with HMI systems, medium-voltage environments, SAP, or Siemens systems is a plus
• Self-starter mindset, strong safety focus, and willingness to learn
