Job Duties:
- Stage, weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials according to production needs.
- Assist with pouring, mixing, and handling raw materials throughout the batching process.
- Move, stage, and organize materials to keep production running efficiently and on schedule.
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment as needed.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Drug Testing/Background Check
- Demonstrated steady and consistent work history
- Dependable and committed to regular, on-time attendance
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Strong basic math and measurement skills with the ability to accurately weigh and measure materials
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks with limited supervision, and maintain a strong production pace
- Strong problem-solving skills; resourceful, self-motivated, and takes initiative
- Ability to follow established production and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment around paint, pigments, powders, and other raw materials
- Ability to routinely lift 50–60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach overhead, twist, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift
