Position Summary
Nesco Resource is hiring dependable associates for a temporary project involving the cleaning and preparation of diploma covers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive work in a production-style environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and wipe down diploma covers to remove dust, dirt, fingerprints, and other imperfections.
- Inspect covers for cleanliness and overall appearance.
- Handle diploma covers carefully to prevent damage or defects.
- Follow established cleaning and quality-control procedures.
- Sort and organize completed covers as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Perform other duties related to the temporary project as assigned.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be dependable and have good attendance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to use hands repetitively for cleaning and handling materials.
- Ability to lift and move light materials as needed.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
