Overview
The Product Coordinator, Technology Products supports the product development lifecycle by conducting research, triaging issues, and providing data-driven insights to help inform product strategy and backlog prioritization. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support product success and continuous improvement.
The position also assists with testing activities, advertising campaign support, product reporting, and stakeholder communication while helping ensure successful product releases and customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
• Provide data analysis and insights to support product strategy and backlog prioritization.
• Support product playbacks with a focus on product metrics and performance analysis.
• Assist with advertising campaign management and ongoing campaign support activities.
• Support new campaign launches through customer experience testing, creative placement management, and URL validation.
• Conduct product meetings and prepare product tracking, analysis, status, risk, and issue reports.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and issues to management and business stakeholders.
• Partner with business, IT, and leadership teams to support product success.
• Review and support test data, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain business rules for assigned products.
• Triage product issues and defects to support backlog management and prioritization.
• Perform bug and defect testing, investigation, and research.
• Collaborate across teams and time zones as needed.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Cognos, Mosaic, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Rally, or other product and project tracking tools.
• Ability to conceptualize, create, and present analyses and strategies to all levels of leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all organizational levels.
• Ability to build consensus, collaborate across teams, and achieve results in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and remain flexible.
• Knowledge of corporate policies, operational processes, and procedures.
Preferred Skills or Experience
• 3 years of relevant industry experience in aviation, digital products, campaign management, or related areas.
