Overview
Client is seeking a Digital Enablement Analyst to support a technical organization through digital tools, data quality initiatives, reporting, process improvement, and the practical application of artificial intelligence. This role focuses on building and maintaining technical tools and data structures based on established specifications while helping teams improve efficiency and consistency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong technical and analytical skills. The position supports data preparation, dashboard maintenance, reporting workflows, and digital solutions that enable technical teams to focus on strategic work.

Core Responsibilities
• Maintain digital tools, dashboards, and project-related data.
• Prepare, clean, and organize data for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
• Support process improvements that reduce manual effort for project and technical leaders.
• Assist with testing, rollout, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of reporting and automation features.
• Support custom in-house applications and BI reporting, including data upkeep, development, and deployment.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Candidates with a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates.
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated technical experience working with datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate data over time.
• Comfortable working with structured workflows and data-driven processes.

Preferred Skills or Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in applying artificial intelligence to business or technical workflows.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting technologies.
• Background in data analytics, information systems, industrial or systems engineering, operations research, computer science, or business analytics.
• Curiosity about technology, willingness to learn new tools, and a practical problem-solving mindset.

Work Details
• Location: Wilmington, NC.
• 100% onsite.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Local candidates only.
• Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
• Potential opportunity for conversion for the right candidate, though conversion is not guaranteed.
• Interview process includes an initial phone screen with the hiring manager followed by a panel interview.
