Digital Delivery Lead – Enterprise Website Migration

Overview

Client is undertaking a full rebuild of its global website, migrating to a composable Digital Experience Platform (DXP) that serves as the organization's primary digital presence. This role will own end-to-end delivery of the website launch, from initial planning through go-live execution.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on enterprise-scale website launches and platform migrations. The successful candidate will drive content readiness, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, governance, and launch planning across a complex global environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the new corporate website launch, including platform migration, content readiness, internal approvals, vendor coordination, and go-live execution.

• Lead the content migration program, ensuring editorial content is audited, classified, produced, localized, and migrated with no gaps at launch.

• Drive stakeholder alignment across Marketing, IT, Product, regional teams, and executive leadership, facilitating timely decisions and issue resolution.

• Manage internal and external agencies, localization providers, and technical implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Establish and maintain cross-functional governance processes, remove blockers, and proactively escalate risks.

• Coordinate regional approval workflows, compliance requirements, localization activities, and stakeholder engagement across global markets.

• Oversee go-live readiness activities, including QA, rollback planning, SEO validation, URL mapping, and launch-day execution.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• 10 years of experience in digital project delivery, web platform launches, or digital transformation programs.

• Proven track record delivering enterprise website migrations on time and within budget.

• Experience leading at least two full corporate website launches or platform migrations for enterprise-scale organizations involving 500 pages and multiple markets.

• Deep understanding of content operations, including CMS platforms, PIM systems, DAM platforms, localization workflows, and editorial governance.

• Experience with DXP and composable architecture environments, with a strong understanding of modern content platforms.

• Experience managing content migration programs, including audit, classification, content production, and localization processes.

• Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level leaders, including presentations to CMOs, CIOs, and steering committees.

• Experience coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors simultaneously in complex enterprise environments.

• Experience working within global organizations that require regional approvals, compliance management, and localization coordination.

• Knowledge of SEO migration strategies, URL mapping, 301 redirects, and launch practices designed to minimize performance regression.

• Experience delivering projects with fixed launch deadlines and running governance structures that drive decisions and accountability.

• Ability to be physically present in Westerville, Ohio, with onsite participation during critical phases of the project.

• Availability to start within the next 2–3 weeks.

Preferred Skills or Experience

• Background in a digital or web agency environment with experience delivering enterprise website launches.

• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a management consulting environment.

• Prior experience as a Head of Digital, Director of Web, or similar digital leadership role.
