Digital Data Records Specialist
Position Overview
The Digital Data Records Specialist is responsible for processing, reviewing, and maintaining aircraft maintenance records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the Digital Data team by managing record retention, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring maintenance documentation is accurately migrated and indexed within the AirVault system.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and follow departmental policies and procedures related to aircraft maintenance records.
- Process and review aircraft maintenance records for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, track, and correct discrepancies in maintenance records.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized migration of maintenance records into the AirVault system.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal departments to retrieve and manage required records.
- Serve as a liaison with the Compliance team to support FAA inquiries.
- Research and resolve unmatched aircraft maintenance data.
- Distribute and retain documentation in accordance with company policies and FAA regulations.
- Reconcile aircraft log pages to ensure complete and accurate recordkeeping.
- Review, index, and publish maintenance documents within the AirVault system.
- Complete additional projects and assignments as directed by leadership.

- Experience processing or maintaining technical or maintenance documentation.

- Ability to research and resolve data discrepancies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with document management systems or electronic record repositories.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
