Die Setter Helper

Job Summary

Support the Press Department by helping with die setup, changes, and maintenance. Learn the Die Setter position and assist with daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to load and unload die carts and trucks.
• Move and flip dies safely.
• Tear down and set up dies.
• Set up new jobs on press bolsters.
• Wash and clean dies.
• Assist with press and job changes.
• Remove scrap panels and trash.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Crane experience preferred.
• Tool & Die experience or hands-on experience in a similar field is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 8 hours or more.
• Ability to lift, climb, carry, pull, grip, bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
