What You'll Do:

• Operate cutting tools and equipment to trim ceramic components to precise specifications.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure and verify parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Safely handle delicate components throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
