Subscription Support Coordinator

Job Summary

The Subscription Support Coordinator will support a rapidly growing subscription program by providing day-to-day technical assistance, troubleshooting, and administrative support.

Reporting to the Field Systems Subscriptions Manager, this position serves as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, managing device activations, and supporting subscription-related administrative workflows.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of processing complex technical information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily licensing, cellular, and entitlement activations.
  • Verify that subscribed devices have the correct licensing and entitlements.
  • Handle inbound Tier 2 support requests related to licensing and device activations.
  • Submit internal requests related to serialized device ownership.
  • Work directly with Subscription Specialists to understand changing requests, priorities, and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to fulfill and support subscription customer needs.
  • Partner with business analyst teams to address key support priorities.
  • Work with worldwide teams to identify solutions for complex technical issues.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the subscription program.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to activations, licensing, and customer requests.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience supporting day-to-day operations in a technical or licensing-related environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and process complex information.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Position Details

  • Work Arrangement: On-site, five days per week
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Interview Process: Two rounds of interviews
