Position Overview
This is a temporary 12-month assignment designed to support projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational priorities during a defined business need or coverage period. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly, contribute immediately, and work effectively in a fast-paced business environment while supporting cross-functional teams and operational workflows.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid Schedule:
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Support project execution and process improvement initiatives impacting multiple customers, teams, and business workflows
- Monitor operational and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and distribute reports, status updates, and summaries to support planning and decision-making
- Quickly learn internal systems, business processes, and operational requirements to support projects and business priorities
- Identify operational challenges and process gaps while escalating issues and assisting with practical solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project updates using Microsoft Office and business systems, including SAP when applicable
- Provide organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented support to maintain continuity of operations throughout the assignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and internal business partners
- Support multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Project coordination
- Process improvement
- Operations support
- Customer service
- Or another related business support role
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a temporary or contract assignment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and issue-resolution skills
- Experience monitoring metrics, analyzing trends, and preparing reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems, SAP, or similar ERP platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team objectives

- Familiarity with reporting tools, business systems, and process documentation
