We’re hiring Customer Service Agent to join a real-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll monitor live surveillance feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to help protect people and property.
This is a focused, high-responsibility role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to stay alert, and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay:$17.50–$18.50/hour (based on experience)
- Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
MidShift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Must be able to work holidays and weekends - 100% On-site | (Tulsa, OK)
- 24/7 operation including weekends & holidays
- Monitor live CCTV / surveillance feeds in real time
- Identify suspicious activity or potential threats
- Respond to alerts quickly and follow security protocols
- Document and report incidents with accuracy
- Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement when needed
- Troubleshoot minor system or camera issues
- Stay up to date on security procedures and best practices
- F ront Desk/Admin, Hotel/Night Audit, Banking, Customer service, loss prevention, corrections, or other roles that require strong attention to detail and monitoring customers and property in real-life situations
- Individuals who can stay focused and work independently
- Anyone comfortable managing multiple screens and alerts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work shifts consistently
- Bonus if you have any level of familiarity with CCTV, security systems, or alarm software(even if very minimal)
