Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity
with a stable schedule and long-term potential.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual skills are not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service functions throughout the order process
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and order status
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents
- Coordinate and document customer concerns while helping resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Support the sales team and office staff as needed
- Make outbound calls regarding past due accounts when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Fishbowl software experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload
- Reliable transportation required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
- International shipping or logistics experience
- Shipping documentation knowledge
- ERP or inventory software experience
