The Customer Service Representative(Sales Support Associate) plays a key role in supporting the Major Account Manager with day-to-day operations and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a solid understanding of client needs and industry standards, ensuring efficient communication and support. The Sales Support Associate reports directly to the Major Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and organizing documents required for processing new client orders.
- Update and manage documentation as needed, retrieving information from various internal departments to aid in addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and track weekly client reports, and notify the Major Account Manager of any customer-provided materials required to fulfill orders.
- Process new purchase orders submitted by clients and coordinate with the document control department on revisions to existing orders.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the company under the guidance of the Major Account Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
