Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative
to support client accounts from order placement through production and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. While this position includes some billing-related support, the primary focus is customer service and job coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with questions related to orders, pricing, timelines, and delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and professional communication
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems
- Build positive, long-term client relationships through excellent service
- Coordinate print and promotional jobs from order entry through production and fulfillment
- Track job progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
- Experience in a manufacturing, print, or production environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel
