Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
This role supports customer service and order management functions within a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working both independently and within a team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–4 years of business experience (customer service or order management preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (Client) environment
- Experience with order management systems
- Familiarity with SAP

- Monday & Friday: Work from home
- Tuesday – Thursday: In-office
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
