Responsibilities:
- Fielding phone calls from customers, vendors, and shippers, and data entry/retrieval.
Requirements:
- Experience and competence in quality customer service, either in person or over the phone.
- Solid comfortability talking on the phone.
- Comfortability working on the computer and typing.
