Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls and provide professional assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating by phone, gathering and documenting information, and using a computer database to maintain accurate customer records.

- Temporary to hire
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (30 min lunch)
- $19.00-$23.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Collect and verify customer information during each interaction.
- Enter call details and customer information accurately into the company database.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer records.
- Handle multiple calls and data-entry tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience providing customer service over the phone or working in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Computer and data-entry skills.
- Accurate typing and attention to detail.
