Position Overview
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Employees will interact with attorneys, legal staff, state agencies, and members of the public while providing case status updates and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and greet walk-in visitors.
- Register parties for hearings and document caller information accurately.
- Research case information using multiple databases and case management systems.
- Provide case and hearing status updates to internal and external customers.
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate staff members, supervisors, or Administrative Law Judges.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of communications and case updates.
- Process mail, faxes, copies, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Strong typing accuracy and computer skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle upset customers with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work in an office setting.
