We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, office experience, and a positive attitude looking for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and assist customer phone calls
- Perform general office duties including filing and data entry
- Provide support to internal teams and customers
- Handle administrative tasks and paperwork
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or office experience required
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Good computer and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
