Customer Service Representative
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour- DOE| Full-Time
Nesco Resource is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing client. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
- Enter and process customer orders and invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries.
- Provide order updates and resolve customer concerns.
- Work closely with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company's system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service.
