Nesco Resource is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Danbury, CT. This is a contract position expected to last 2 months for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM

Pay: $30/Hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support while assisting with order processing and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via email and customer support platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Process and manage customer and wholesale orders with accuracy.
  • Assist with product donation requests and coordinate pickups when needed.
  • Welcome visitors, vendors, and guests while maintaining a professional front office environment.
  • Manage incoming mail, shipping, office supplies, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding office maintenance, equipment, and facility needs.
  • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance office efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Experience using customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
